Must I pay for the cloud service?

If you do not like the cloud service, please insert the Micro SD card as a storage way(work with 128G Micro TF card and it is not included in the package )

Why the alert video only for 6 seconds?

Please click the SD storage, you can check the whole videos without cloud service required; if you subscribed the cloud service, you can check the whole video by the notified video.

There is no SD card included?

The SD card is not included in the package. You can buy a SD card (up to 128G) to record the video.

Fail to connect to the WiFi?

1. Our cameras support 2.4G and 5G WiFi. Switch WiFi to 5G.

2. Reset the camera and add camera again ( press the reset button for 5s, hear the beep and wait 1-2 minutes to restart).

Note: the WIFI name and password cannot have special symbols

Can I receive app alert when I am not pay cloud service?

Yes, you can. App alerts has no connection with Cloud, Motion/Human Detection sensitivity only can be impacted by your settings or the internet, please consider moving the router closer to the camera if you cannot receive app alerts.

My camera cannot detect motion?

Please adjust the sensitivity of motion detection. drag the button from low to high.

Can I call the 911 when I do not subscribe to cloud storage?

Just to clarify: our 24/7 professional alarm monitoring service is included with the cloud subscription. Without an active cloud service plan, the 911 emergency call feature would not be available.

What kind of function I need to pay extra?

The cloud service function need to pay, the basic function is free to use,

Can I mount the camera on the wall?

Yes, you can. Just note that the charging cable is only 40 inches, please pay attention to the distance from the power outlet. or replace a longer cable instead.

Can I use a SD card with the camera?

Absolutely! The indoor security camera works with Micro SD cards, and it supports up to 128GB. Just a quick note: you’ll need to have your own Micro SD card, as it isn’t included in the package.

Can I receive the alert message when I do not subscribe to cloud storage?

Yes, you’ll still get alerts without cloud storage! They just won’t be super specific (no people/scene descriptions) — need to open the video to check what’s happening.

Our trail camera equipped with quality lenses will not fog up in extreme weather.

What's the tips when install the solar panel?

Solar panels can be adjusted to a latitude of +5-10°, or ensure that the sun shines at noon, which can improve the conversion rate of solar energy.

How long the trigger time?

It's 0.1s trigger to capture the animal motion.
